Just popping in for a minute. I think I have a rat in the run. A few days back I caught something digging up on the outside of the coop. I put my dog on it, and then my cat, with no success either way. Then today I went to check the feeders in the run and there's a hole RIGHT UNDERNEATH IT.

As if the poor things didn't have enough going on. I'm thinking of locking the cat in the run overnight. Otherwise, I don't really have any immediate ideas.

The 5k is Saturday. Maybe after that I can get some brains back. And speaking of... does anyone know where I could buy four blue eggs in the LC area before Friday? My neighbor up the road doesn't have anything but brown and white right now. Not an emergency, but I got a blue egg holder today and I thought brown and blue eggs would just be so pretty.

I have blue eggs but not in your area. Sorry! I almost have enough to start my next batch in the incubator. These will be crested cream legbars. Pam

Hello, I just moved to Covington area with my family and got some pullets and ducks. Have always been a California girl but so far I love it here! Just thought I'd say hi!

Yes sir! I have about 70 Sulmtalers in all 4 colors, red (gold) wheaten, blue wheaten, silver wheaten, and white, all from Greenfire and Widget Creek farms. Then one more pen with 5 wheaten Ameraucanas. I like that Spanish that you posted a few days ago.
