Well we have show goats so what we do is we have them in 3 different pens the does and weather in one the babys in another and the bucks in another one we walk them every day have 2 fresh buckets of water everyday Give them hay to eat or for bedding trim their hair wash them trim their feet the also have syrup tubs

awesome they are so beautiful.the reason I'm asking is my mawmaw is buying me a female so I can breed her for milk and to sell kids.What breed would be best for that.and we have a one acre yard.so do u not have to feed them feed just hay water mineral block water.and grase

Well nigiren dwarf are good milkin goats we feed ours Monica James that we get at petrus feed store in Alex but you can also feed them lone star at tractor supply we feed ours a scoop each they don't eat grass but weeds and brush they love animal crackers you can get mineral block we always got mineral powder and baking soda they will eat the minerals and baking soda when they feel the need to but if do get one its always best to have a pair they don't do good by their selves
