Hey there Kuntrygirl and fellow La-yer I live about 2 1/2 miles east of the great metropolis of Hornbeck its a whole mile by mile square township right between Leesville and Many on Hwy.171, heck ya cant miss it unless you blink too slow on your way through it,lol.

Leesville and Many both claim rights of passage to being the gate-ways to Toledo Bend, but there not Hornbeck is you can even get there 2 different routes from there.

Alexandria here. Yesterday was SO nice & here we go again today, back into winter -- O well, we'll be complaining about the heat & humidity before we know it! I just wish it would dry up a little bit!

Started the tomatoes & peppers & eggplant seeds yesterday in the greenhouse. The hens are finally starting to lay again. and I found a wild violet! so spring is coming soon!
