Terri, Whiskey Bay and Bayou Poules can give us some good ideas on how to prepare them.

I make a quick snack a few minutes ago. I peeled a pear, cut it up, sprinkled a little sugar and cinammon on the slices and put it in the microwave for about 45 seconds and it's a nice treat. Would be great over ice cream as well.

I can't take the credit. It was all MISSI. I was just there typing and asking how the rooster was doing. KUDOS goes out to Ms. Missi and her strong boy for making it through. I"m glad that he is doing better Miss.
