That was yesterday...Haven't been down that way yet today.Last night the water was coming over the road.

Oh boy!! Here comes my panic and anxiety attacks caused by the weather.

We'll be alright...I have a 20' pontoon sitting out front and a 16 ' crab boat...lol... I'll load everyone on the pontoon.Be doin it huck finn style...lol...

We're already getting rain, the wind comes & goes! And of couse this has to be a work weekend. My hubby is working now and I have to go in tonight!! He said he'd probably be on call 24/7 this weekend!! My son also has a football game tonight and as of yet they haven't canceled it.

Gurl... We watched a yellow beachball come in with the storm surge,then watched it float back by on the way out 8 hours later.people floating around in blow up rafs trading cigarettes,lights,etc...We ended up getting to my BIL apt around back once the water went down enough to walk.The idiots around the complex broke into the stores up front and looted baskets of hot beer!!!! (yes we looted too,but it was sealed goods.Food,water,etc....) The tons of fish that was caught inland to rot when the water receeded...ugghhh.I ended up with one of my headaches that night and tried laying on the couch to sleep.The drunks next door were sitting outside being loud. (of course with no power everyones windows were open and you know how loud drunk idiots get.) people from across the complex were complaining and crap,the manly idiot I spoke of earlier, decided he was gonna handle the situation and go out there and say he's APT security and poop and he ordered them to shut up,which made it worse because he's an idiot.Finally bout to puke I'm feeling so bad and he's making it worse I go flying over the couch,go outside,shove him out the way and snapped on the drunk idiots sitting there.... (like seriously). MIL hollers back to DH in the back room and says you better come control your wife she's about to get into a fight.He says she can handle herself,and rolls over and goes back to sleep. Someone wo had come in from elsewhere neded up taking the loudmouth away.He knew me and knew it was her best interest. Pretty sorry that a 130 pound female can deal with the situation that a 200 pound male made worse....lol....

Tropical Depression 13 is now Tropical Storm Lee!!
I'm one of those people you see standing on the porch while a tornado is coming,.but I'm silently panicking on the inside. Weather does freak me out too. We need rainso badly up here, but I wish it would come in some form other than a tropical depression. Here's the latest for us: WCBI Weather
Tropical Depression #13 is now Tropical Storm Lee in the Gulf of Mexico with winds of 40 mph and is moving toward the northwest at 2 mph. Governor Barbour has issued a State of Emergency for several coastal counties as rainfall forecasts are about 1-2 feet. Flooding is a huge threat. In North MS & West AL, we could see several inches between Sunday and Tuesday, depending on the exact track.
