So sorry to hear about your friend's son. That is so sad. He was so young.
Isn't that so nice to get everything all clean. What a wonderful feeling after it's all done. I can't wait to see your new coop. I know it will look great.
How is the new camera working?
Wish I got a new camera!! I will when income tax comes in though!!
It came out good. Like I said earlier I still need to put the tin roof on it but I'm just whooped about right now!! For some reason I have a gap at the top. Told hubby it's alright just a little more ventilation!! Still don't know how it happened cause all the boards were cut the same!!

Hey country peeps! I grew up in sugartown. My great aunt lived in dry creek. My mom taught at ebhs and sometimes she'd stop and let us play in the creek on the way home...those were the days... we live between eunice and iota now. I wish I still lived in the middle of nowhere!

Bonjour mes amis! I am going blind trying to figure out this forum on my cell phone! It's the only internet that I have for now though! My name is Dale Anne Gorham (was a Dupre'). We live in the community of Ritchie between Eunice and Iota. My husband of almost 2 years is Wesley Gorham and avoids home as much as possible because the 6 children and I drive him crazy!
Colton - 14, Wyatt - 12, Dominic - 6, Bridget and Gideon - 2, Rose - 6 months
We have fewer chickens than we did a couple of days ago due to the roosters attacking my 2 year old son for the last time. I have a trigger happy husband who just happened to be home to remedy the situation. So things are much more peaceful out back now... In January I ordered 20 chicks through our 4h agent for broiler projects. Not having a clue what that entailed, they lived in the kitchen til they were flying out of their home. We never made it to the show and they never got butchered...so much for filling the deep freezer for cheap! They are now the sweetest pest control system! There are also a barred rock pair and 2 buff orpington hens out there. We get NO eggs...not sure why. I am upset by the lack of quality in all of them. There is no meat on any of them to make it worth butchering them and NO eggs!
I am looking for some Dutch Bantams for pets and the boys to show in 4H. Colton was visibly disturbed that I got him to help shoot the roosters. He was planning on showing them. I want to get some sweet birds for him so that will never be an issue again.
Sorry for rambling! Anyone know where I can score some Dutch?
Thanks, Dale Anne. 337-305-2156

Back at ya! floors to scrub here - then going into town to Dillards to try on some Birkenstocks & see can I figure out my correct size -- then back home to order them online cheaper!
want to see if they'll do anything for plantar faciitis in my right heel. Mom is feeling better & sounding stronger so I'm a happier camper today.
Have a good one everybody!
Sounds like your gonna be a busy bee today!! Hope you get some shoes that works and I'm so glad to hear your mom is doing better!!
