Now is a great time to plan for next Spring.

My plans next year are just to have layers for my egg business with only 1 roo per 10 -12 hens. No more than 100 baby chicks. I want 0 ducklings next year. And want to try to get about 50 - 75 broilers for the freezer. I'm trying to hold out for my pair of Alpacas next year, so I have to sacrifice in some departments.

I was just looking on CL for another freezer!! Have def got to get one before they start really killing the deer & hogs. I don't know if I can do 50-75 think I might just stick with 20-25 this year. I will have to build another tractor though!!

Spent most of the morning at an Imaging Clinic to have an MRI done on my back . Tis giving me trouble again

. I was in that tunnel what seemed like forever . When they finally
got me out I asked ; " have you all ever slid one out that died while they were shoved up in that tube ?"

I had an MRI on my back done last month or maybe the month before who knows... and lol, I'm embarrassed to say, that I fell asleep before it was over. I probably looked like I was dead when they slid me out. The girl kept asking me if I was ok and I told her that I would be great if she would stop waking me up. She stopped asking and I fell asleep hard. All I remember is her shaking me and telling me that she was done. I couldn't tell you how long I was in there if I had to but I'm guessing 45 minutes or so. It seemed longer when I had my leg done.
