Hey, that sounds like a saying to put on a t-shirt. "I'm no band wagon jumper." Maybe I can add that to my collection of 1 t-shirt that reads, "I HATE LSU"!!!!!!!!!

My stupid blue wheaton roo got out last night & is roaming around the back crowing his fool head off. He is very wild & skittish--- been that way since he came out of the eggshell --- so I'm of two minds whether to try & net him or just get the .410 out & be done w/his foolishness once & for all!

Got gone most my extras just some mixed lot thats headed for camp kenmore I guess and a few silkies to go.

Seriously thinking about cuttin loose from most of my chickens except my Am,Delaware,dominique,bantam cochin and silkies.
I have some nice Marans, Appenzellar and Turken (Naked Neck) if anyones interested that I am doing away with those breeds. Maybe all my BLRW also.
Wanting to go with the Peafowl,Pheasant and ducks more than the chickens.

With getting all the extras down I still have over 300 birds

He was basically my best friend,and my work partner.He was S&R trained,K9 trained,and was starting narcotics training.(I have alot of LE buddies and they all used the "extra help" back before our county started getting all civilized and got their own Narc teams and all...lol) and one helluva hog hunter...Talk about a dog with serious H.U.A.S.... it was him.... I worked strictly nights,Hubby days...soon as DH left for work,he hopped up on his side of the bed as crashed...lol...Still hits me hard to this day losing him that way...

Yes, this is our 2nd Annual Halloween Bash, LOL! Last year we had over 70 people come....it is pot luck style and we had soooo much food and fun! It is a little overwhelming though, walking around and looking at all the people that are at your place. If any of y'all were close, you would of course be welcome to come!
