"Louisiana "La-yers" Peeps"

Ok so for the last couple of days, the two oldest ones have been flopping around looking like they are trying to get comfortable. Is this normal? They flop and turn on their sides, and almost roll around on anything that is soft. They don't do it in the coop, but in the high grass, on the outdoor pillows, on the dog....

Yes ma'am it's perfectly normal!! Their sunnying themselves!!

There was a chicken swap at the Opelousas TSC on yesterday and I cruised through there to see what everyone had. I saw the most horrific thing I could have ever seen in person. It was MY FIRST time seeing this in person.

I saw a SHOWGIRL !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I stopped in my tracks as I walked upon it and I couldn't move. I was REALLY scared. It looked at the little monster and I had to run away like a little scared child.

I'm traumatized.

My family and friends laughed at me when I told them that I put goose eggs under turkeys, chickens and ducks. Guess who has the last laugh.

:weee

Baby gosling hatched on yesterday. One of my turkey hens had this little buggar.

I hope the rest of the goose eggs hatch. The goose are a bunch of slackers. They can't hatch their own eggs. :smack
