One of my cute turkey poults. I'm thinking it should feather out to look like a blue slate?


My young partridge rock pair. They are going to be glistening in the sun this summer. I love the color on them!


This is the hatchmate to the blue slate poult. I got blue slate, blacks, and what looks like a dark bronze from their parents.


Whatcha think Julie? Just fat, or pregnant. My ram is not yet even a year old, but I'm hoping for pregnant!

Beautiful pics Gracie!! Your little poult looks just like the 4 Blue Slates I just hatched. Their so sweet too. So much calmer than chicken babies!!

Well I had a total of 9 out of 12 Narganett turkeys hatch. Ones not doing so well. Won't stand up or anything. Hoping for the best but I'm still so happy with my hatch rate!!

My last eggs I have in the bator will be placed on lockdown tomorrow!! It's about 80-85 total!!

Oh no it's def no just you!! I really hope I sell all these babies next weekend. That way when I come home all I'll have are the turkey babies!! Maybe it's a good thing I don't have the money to get the sheep right now!!

I find out Monday when I'm gonna have my hand operated on so my poor hubs will have to deal with everything!!

That hen looks MEAN -- I wouldn't mess with her. LOL

BTW, I now have a total of four goslings hatched all of which are from one of your females. I haven't had much luck with my females as of yet but still have lots of eggs yet to hatch.

Well just got the call from (S)Lowe's that our new push mower is in -- so guess that means we'll get rain for the next several days. Now we once again have all the basic lawn mowing equipment up to par -- take your pic from the weed-eater to the Kubota tractor & every size in between!

Julie picked our first blackberries yesterday -- over some frozen vanilla yogurt, -- major YUM!!!!

Terri I got your Pms and I shall see you in a week or two there. I can't believe you won't take a trade-up deal like I offered you. Two for one is a great deal usually, (well if your trading marbles or dollars) I'd reckon, huh? LOL

Hey yeah the dewberries are starting to ripen here now and few huckleberries too. I got to eat my first one yesterday while plowing the corn field I snatched me a couple from a bush as I went by. It won't be long till FRESH HUCKLEBERRY COBBLER with a big ol' pile of vanilla ice cream on top right before bedtime and sleep like a fattening hog all night long MUMMUMMUmmuum
