Hey, I'm Amanda ... I'm n south Carolina... I have 4 ducks right now and one female is sitting on 9 eggs .... I have so many questions, and don't know where to begin lol....

Nice to meet you Amanda. Hope your duck has a good hatch. I think the important part is to protect from predators, otherwise mama should keep watch over ducklings. Ducks just can't fight off predators like Geese do.

Lucky in my picture. One time fought off a raccoon.... Very brave duck , he's my heart . My momma duck well none of the eggs hatched was told they weren't fertilized.... Since I've posted last my lucky is my only male , and I have four female , two mallards and two Peking. Lucky sure is gonna be busy lol
