Sadly we are moving out of state rather unexpectedly for my husband’s job and the new location doesn’t allow our beautiful Rhode Island Red girl, Frida.

She was hatched in March 2015. She was raised with her five sisters and is the last remaining member of the flock. She is healthy and never been ill. She’s survived a previous cross country move, hurricane evacuation, hawks, raccoons, possums and foxes.

She no longer lays eggs so she would solely be a pet. She gets along well with dogs and children. She even sticks her head through the fence to touch noses with the neighbor dog!

Her diet has always been layer pellets. She gets let out of her coop every morning and free ranges all day before returning to her coop at night. We have two coops for her, food and a water container that would come with.

Silly as it seems, we love this little chicken and want only the best for her in her remaining years. Hoping to find a loving home!
