I think that I can safely say that my babies are loving the coop life and amazingly my older hens and my rooster Elliott are actually all ok with every one of the 20 babies I brought into our chick family... I'm so excited for them. I had them out in the open yard the other day and they were a little timid of the bigger birds but they eventually warmed up it just got to be a little much with 20 babies running around and trying to catch them to put them in their coop for the night . Only three people and them little ones are fast lol... happy I have the most amazing chick life any mama can ask for ... I did get everyone a little spoiled with mealies and they get very expensive but hey they are like my children and they too are all spoiled..
