Wow! Just have to share my experience with my chicks from Freedom Ranger Hatchery. They are the most curious, rowdiest group of chicks I have EVER had. They are almost two weeks old now, are feathering out beautifully, and eating up a storm. I have not lost a single chick, and no pasty butt!!?? OMG!!! They even jump six inches up in the air to snap at moths.
It's hysterical. I can't wait to get them out on pasture--the crickets don't stand a chance!
Overall, my experience was great. Good communication, chicks delivered on time and well packaged, and the liveliest bunch of birds I could hope for. I'll order from them again next year!
