Hello from Arkansas. I am new to backyard chickens. Hubby grew up with free range, backyard chickens, but I had only been exposed to broiler house chickens, and day old chicks when I worked at a local hatchery years ago.
Our chicks are eight weeks old, Buff Orpingtons and Black Australorps. We have had them a week now, and I am really enjoying the different personalities that are emerging. I'm sure I'll have plenty of questions, but don't know enough yet to know what questions to ask! lol
