Low Humidity for 24 hours

Hi All - I received shipped hatching eggs earlier than expected, but got the incy set up and ready. Unfortunately, the humidity went down to 13% for 24 hours. I track it daily and most days it has been 42-44%. Will this one day impact the hatch? When I candled on Day 7 I did see blood vessels on 90% of the eggs, but the air cell was larger than I expected.

It should be ok. Just try to keep it around 35-40 percent until lockdown, and mark your air cells and adjust when needed

You are ok. Day to day humidity isn't nearly the issue precise temperature is.
In nature, humidity changes constantly. A hen can't control that. What matters over humidity is total weight loss throughout incubation.
Humidity isn't a set number anyway. All eggs vary in porosity.
I don't really candle or check humidity. I only weigh eggs. That is the only way to know if humidity has been correct for those particular eggs.

You know this has been an issue for me since I started incubating a few years back. Before I just let the hens do it, but I wanted some "special" breeds. It seems I can have 3 thermometers and 3 hygrometers and they all read something different. I have a GQF Sportsman Incy and the readings are very consistent, although I'll admit, I've never had it calibrated. I got the bucket for the top, so the humidity should stay constant too, but for some reason the thing that makes the water rise, didn't so the tray was completely dry for a day. You just have to keep watch on everything! I have a good scale, so I guess I need to start weighing the eggs too! Thanks for the advice!

24 hour hours isn't a problem for humidity or temps dropping. Just keep an eye on the air cells because they need to get big enough to provide air during the internal pip.
