This is my first flock I can't always be home at dusk to lock in the birds and I am not an early riser so I put in a "Pullet-Shut Door" with a photo sensor. I don't like to waste so I made feeders that are almost bird, rodent, waste, poop and weather proof. They hold about two days worth of pellets for my nine birds. The five gallon pail hold a weeks worth of "poop-free" water and has three drinking nipples.
