If you can't sleep, at least clost your eyes and rest. Or ask God who you are supposed to be praying for. I start praying for everyone I can think of and that usually does it for me!

Yes, I do that. Interesting that I was thinking of the church we went to while in our last home, the one we just moved from. I was thinking of my friends that have bad health. I prayed for them. Austin and Bronwyn are up visiting her parents like usual after church on Sundays. I get a phone call from Austin with some sad news. A friend in that church ward passed away today. She was such a wonderful, loving, Christ Like example of love. She shared that love with everyone.
Oh my heart. She had been battling cancer through 2020. She's made it back home 5 years later.
