Low or No VOC's

Is there such a thing as low or no voc sealant for the wood inside the coop?

I have called around to our local stores and none carry it.

They say I need to use no voc high gloss paint and it will protect the walls, floors, nest boxes, and roosts.

I want to get my chicks in new coop as soon as I can.

i am a painter and what i would use is water base stain or a product called poly acrilyc its water based urethane the urethane would be the best it would give better protection and drys in an hour so you could jus take the chickens out for a couple hours apply 2 coats and get double protection i know they sell it at menards and lowes and should run about 40 dollars a gallon but i wouldnt think that you would need a half gallon by the way low voc paint ect. is way more expensive i dont have time right now but if you want to know more pm me and i can get back to you later
