Low pecking order hen won’t lay in box

Hey all, my 20 week old hens have been laying perfectly for a few weeks now. In the last few days the 2 boss hens have started laying. Since then, my leghorn now won’t lay eggs in the nesting box, but on the dirt run floor out of the coop. Which gives me super dirty or crushed eggs. I’ve watched them all morning and the boss ladies are a bit crazy, in and out of the boxes, and kicking the leghorn out. They seem to get crazy the first week they start laying, so hopefully this behavior calms once they settle in to laying. Is there anything I can do to help the leghorn lay back in the boxes? Fake eggs are already in each box. 5 hens and 2 boxes. Thanks!

I'd provide more nest boxes in a separate place.
