Lower Eyelid partially ripped out on hen

I have a 10 month old Buff Orp hen that has gotten her lower eyelid ripped out on one side. I'm assuming by one of my other chickens

There was no blood etc when I noticed. The lower lid is just kinda hanging there like a very large hang nail. I'm not sure what to do with it. There's nothing that I can the other end is firmly attached. The eyeball is not damaged. I'm wondering if anyone else has ever had this happen and what the end result was...?? I have her separated from the flock. I cleaned her eye and hanging lid with saline drops and have been monitoring her for now. The whole flock is at the end of an antibiotic course, so I probably don't need to worry about antibiotics for the eye. Will it just become dead tissue and fall off or hang there forever?

Well, thought I would post to this thread in case someone else has a similar thing happen to their chicken. Her body took care of it and the the lower eyelid pretty much shrunk up to very small nub. She is doing well and it is not an irritant to her at all.
