Lowest in the pecking order

I have to sweetest little bantam hen! We just got all of our ladies this week. Everyone else is getting along but they are pulling out my bantams feathers. I have her separated for now. I am thinking about making her a new area and getting more bantams to be her friends. Any ideas?

oh that would make me upset and if she is the only bantam then yes I would get her some friends.

Are any of your other birds frizzled? If not, they're probably singling her out because she's different, thinking something is wrong with her.
I would separate her, and get her some sweet tempered flock mates like Polish, Silkies or Cochins.
