Lt. Brahma chick's legs not working

I am raising 12 Light Brahma pullets, they were hatched March 5. Yesterday one of them could not walk, started dragging wings and would not eat or drink, hubby culled it this morning and now I have another showing same symptoms. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

They were vaccinated at the hatchery.
