Lt sussex roo. X. ?bard rock hen = this?

The roo came from a lady who also breeds jersey giants. The hen was given to me and I was told she was a bard rock. I have marans pullets also, which have black washed feet. This chick is larger than some of his mates, has solid black feet and his plumage seems coarse. Is this black sex link typical ? Or is this some other breed in the mix? Any comments appreciated.

First of all, it is spelled barred not bard. Not to be rude. A light Sussex and a barred rock would not produce a black sex-link. The chick is just a mix.
