I have got say I had a good year for picking chicks! Out of 21 chickens I got 19 girls and two boy's! I That one boy came from a straight run bin and the other from the banty bin. Now I have 5 more girls and one more boy. Very happy because I needed another roo because I am going to process the small one. He crows way too much. That will leave me with 2 Roos and 24 girls. Very balanced and happy.
