Lump above eye?!

My girl Clover (4mo) has a bump above her eye, it feels more solid. No swelling in the eye itself, no coughing sneezing, she's eating drinking and being her normal self. I also don't see any wounds either. I'm at a loss of what it could be or what I can do for this. All help is appreciated!!

I had a quail with a similar type of lump. It pslrotruded as a wart before disappearing and coming back as a lump in the same area. No clue as to the cause.

I see none of those things. At first I thought she was molting or growing new feathers until I was able to catch her today and look more

It doesn't really bother him. But I cannot see what's going on inside, so I have no clue if it's just that spot that is effected.

That makes sense, glad to hear it doesnt bother him. I had a hard time finding information on anything that wasn't connected to an injury and respiratory issues.
