Lump on lower Eyelid

I just noticed this lump in my chicks lower eyelid… it looks like a mosquito bite. I’d there any remedies you could recommend?

It might be from fowl pox which is spread by mosquitoes, or it could be a small scab or abscess due to a peck. Hard to know exactly at this point. Look for more pustules or scabs forming. Is the bump hard or soft?

I guess the best way I can describe it feels like a pimple that’s about to pop. I now believe it may be fowl pox since I just saw the same lesions on my bantam rooster. Thank you so much
 
Fowl pox is very common in warm or tropical climates in summer. It lasts about a week, and most chickens get better without treatment. Dry pox is most common, but if a chicken is very sick, look inside the beak for yellow material that would be wet fowl pox. Here is some reading and pictures:
