LUMP on my chickens face PLEASE HELP SHES NOT MINE

hi, i have recently noticed a squishy white lump on a chicken which is not mine (i am borrowing) i have never seen one before and need to know what this is. i will post photos soon.

it is not the same on the other side
does anyone know anything??
anything will help
i am really hoping that this is not fatal.

She's borrowed? That's interesting.

Looks like it may be an ear infection. Do you see any pus inside her ear?
Any lesions or canker inside the beak?

i have checked and there is a little bit of pus in her ear but it was quite hard to see. there is nothing in her mouth does this mean anything @Wyorp Rock

Hopefully you don't have her near your own chickens.
If there's pus in the ear, then there's infection. Since she's not yours, then you'll need to consult her owner to see what steps they want to take for treatment.
