Lump on my Pekin duck

My duck, Webster, has a lump between her legs. It leans more to the left. Has anyone had experience with this in their female ducks?

Is it an actual lump or just an abdominal sagging? If a solid lump it may be a problem, but hens that are laying or about to do so frequently develop an abdominal sagging.

Just sagging. Since I posted this, Webster has seen the vet. Webster has bumblefoot, and she's currently on medication for it. The vet thinks that the sagging is because Webster lost half a pound. She had an x-ray. It came back clear. Because Webster's foot hurts, she hasn't been eating much. She's doing much better now. Thank you!
