Lump on Poult's neck?

My 4 Royal Palm turkey poults will be 6 weeks old this Monday. The 2 largest ones have developed these lumps on both sides of their necks. It's a single pink lump on each side. Normal growth? Illness?

Everyone appears to be happy and healthy otherwise. Everyone is eating, drinking, occasionally sparring, etc... no other marks or symptoms.

They are housed in a chicken tractor during the day and a plastic tote at night. Fight wound possibly?

It is the beginning of their caruncles. Both hens and toms will have caruncles although the toms will develop bigger caruncles than will the hens.
