Lump on Wattle

So, just an update, when I checked on hen two the next day everything was gone. I defiantly have the right bird but the yellow stuff and the lump are gone.
Hen one doesn't seem to be changing. She got some zinc mixed in her water, apple cider vinegar and ivermectin, all on different days.
