Lump under beak

I just recently notice that one of my mamma hens had a bump under her beak near her waddle. I don’t know what could have caused this (Im thinking maybe the chicken wire I use?) is it okay to be with her chicks or should I separate them, they frequently peck at her beak when she’s eating like normal.

Looks like a little injury or something to me, I'd just monitor and make sure it doesn't grow.
I think she should be fine with the chicks do I wouldn't separate her.
