Lump under wing

I noticed this growth about 6 weeks ago. It is not growing rapidly and is attached to the body with just the barest bit of skin. She is about 5 months old and very active. She has no other symptoms. Any thoughts on what it might be?

If you tie a piece of string around the bit of skin that it is attached with, the blood supply will be cut off and it will dry up and fall off
