Lump??

Hi guys!! My chick has this lump that changes in size. I think it’s the crop (I am a total chicken noob) but sometimes it just looks so painfully large I want to make sure that it’s normal. He wasn’t eating much so it shrunk but now he’s eating much more and I want to make sure it doesn’t get too full and cause any problems. He’s already sick so I don’t want any other issues for the poor little guy. I’ll attach a pic. Thanks in advance!!!

He has a respiratory infection. Had to isolate him and give him antibiotics so I just want to make sure he’s getting adequate nutrition!!
