Lumpy chick question w/ pics

My chick around 6 weeks old, she has had a lump on her chest for week or so. At first thought it was just her crop, it was balloony and soft when she was younger but I looked closer today. It is harder and looks scary under her feathers. Can someone tell me if this is abnormal and if I need to do something??

PS....she is acting completely normal.....does not seem sick at all

In my opinion, call a vet who knows something about chickens because not all of them will.

It was gone this morning. It must just be a very full crop....
