My two-year-old cream leg bar Luna is sick again, she has been sick with the same thing about two times before this. She gets a bloated stomach her comb is all droopy she poops really watery too. In the past I’ve given her antibiotics and kept her well hydrated with some vitamins and electrolytes. This time it just seems worse. I’ve given her some vet RX on her comb and beak and I’m giving her vitamins and electrolytes. She also had weird stuff coming out of her nose last night...

What color is the material coming out of her beak? Is the white material in the last picture yogurt? What does her crop feel like? Is it enlarged, and what does it feel like early in the morning before she eats or drinks? Is she laying now, and have her eggs been normal? How does her lower belly down between her legs feel? Enlarged, spongy or tight. What antibiotic did you use in the past?

As @Wyorp Rock posted in your earlier thread, it may be a reproductive disorder, and those can get worse with time. Amoxicillin is an antibiotic frequently used for reproductive infection. Crop problems (sour, impacted, or pendulous crop) can be common secondary issues which can complicate reproductive infection or disorders.

The stuff coming out of her nose is white and no that’s not yogurt in the picture. Her crop is empty, and her stomach feel both spongy and tight defiantly more hard than my other chickens stomachs.

When you say stomach, are you talking about the crop in right upper chest or the belly between the legs? The material coming from the beak does not look like mucus from a respiratory infection, but perhaps crop contents. Does she eat any yogurt or can she get into something white and creamy? Let us know what the crop feels like in the morning, if it is emptying overnight. Also tell us if she has been laying noraml eggs recently.

I mean between her legs, and no I don’t think she can get into anything white like that. She hasn’t layed eggs since about November last year...,

What's on her beak is very odd. I would wipe it off and take a good look inside her beak to see if there's any lesions or pasty material.
See if the white returns.

I'm sorry she's not feeling well again. Symptoms from reproductive issues do return. I would try treating her like you have in the past and see how it goes. Sometimes they will rally again for a while.
