Hello all, just a quick introduction of myself! I have owned chickens for years, up in the cold Canadian North where 7 months of the year are winter. ^^ I've gleaned loads of helpful information from this forum for care and, more particularly, chicken health. Right now I have an old flock of six egg-eating Americaunas that I am eyeing for the pot this fall, and a whole beautiful flock of thirty odd heritage breeds that just started laying.
