Hi there! I have finally decided to sign up for the forum.
Ive thought about having chickens for a number of years now, but nothing ever came of it until we just plunged in in april of this year.
Ive had troubles, and ive had triumphs. Ive built things, "invented" others, and have had a ball ever since. Ive been coming to this site to seek answers, pictures, and stories. I look forward to sharing some of my own along the way.
I chose the name, because tyr. rex and the chicken are related.
I talk to my chickens in special voices, just like i do for my dogs( i have 2).. because- as my husband says.. im whacked( but he does it too (haha)
today i have 36 chickens in my main run/ houses, and separate chicks in other housing/run and even more separate banties in another.
Addicted to them.. surely :O
