I have been benefitting from the experience of members here for a few years, but only got around to signing up today. Can't wait to get to know some of you poultry loving nuts!
I am a SAHM, though my youngest will start kindergarten in the fall, so luckily I have my flock to tend and I won't have to suffer any sort of empty nest syndrome. We have a bit of property surrounded by woods, so we're forever wary of predators. Luckily we have a very brave dog and spend lots of time outside ourselves.
