Before I had chickens I had seen this idea over and over. Ive actually done this for our rabbits for about 4 yrs now. Tho this year ive been so busy, i didn't even think of it!!! Sorry my bunbuns.. Anyway thanks to my cousin showing me a post i was like Omg how have i forgotten to do this!!!! So yeah, i hope my rabbits dont mind me borrowing their ice cube trays. Lol
In their chick pops there is;
BOSS
Raisins
Flock to farm hen treats
Fresh zucchini
A can of Corn
A can of Peas
A can of green beans
A can of mixed veg
And a can of fruit
I call it "chickie hodge podge medley" lmao
Wanted to add pasta but.. truth is I didnt feel like boiling noodles lol
And yes... i know fresh and frozen ingredients are better but hey, its still a yummy cold treat on a hot day for them! Filled all the huge ice trays and 2 small bowls and 2 larger bowls then added water.. popped um in the freezer... now i wait lol
Once they are frozen I'll pop them out of the trays and make the bunnies some with greens and some berries
