Maerck's Disease

I recently received a shipment of chicks from an online hatchery that provides anything BUT Healthy Chicks and More. Nearly all 41 of the chicks ended up dead from Mareck's Disease. No poultry have been on my farm for over 10 years at least. What do I need to do to be able to have chickens again after this contagious viral disease was introduced by this horrible hatchery?

Out of curiosity, was this a confirmed diagnosis, was a necropsy done or whatever labs are required to diagnose?

Nope, I guess not. I just hate to see an accusation aimed at any business unless there is sound proof.
