Ivermectin (sold at feed stores) and antibiotics are used to treat flystrike. I have never used it but there are multiple articles out there on its use in a variety of animals and I believe it is safe for chickens. Often it is used topically and also injected sub-q, or possibly can be given orally.
It is also a treatment for Covid with multiple clinical studies backing up its effectiveness so the government had Tractor Supply pull it from shelves the day before the studies were released, but my local feed store still carries it. If folks buy it to store for any reason be sure to buy the injectible (not the topical, the injectible can also be taken orally) and do lots and lots of research.
