Maggots eating newborn rabbits

I'd clean, and spray for flies, set out fly traps away from the hutches, use fly strips, anything to lower their numbers. Can you screen the cages, or bring some into a building? This is an awful event, hopefully never to be repeated!
Look for fly eggs on the bunnies, especially around their rear ends, and fix any immediately!
I don't do rabbits, but using an insecticide safe for them needs to be done soonest.

She’s definitely pregnant and has this all built by this morning. Also I’m showing the cage in the middle which has a breeding box for each. Should I wrap it in netting to keep the flies off the upcoming babies?

A roll of window screen, cut to size, screws and washers to attach over your wire. I would cover every opening. That will keep out all but the smallest gnats. You will need to do the bottoms also, so a tray for catching droppings below and then screen that in also. You can take the screen off once they are past risk, or fly season is over.
