Well Broody is ill-half dead, and I do not have an incubator. Eggs due to hatch tommorrow. Any ideas of how to hatch them in the house?

Mahonri- Your eggs are done. I candled the remaining eggs and of the three you had left, 2 were either yolkers or died after the first candle. The other died ~day 14.

I may still get a SS chick. I picked it up and felt it move in there. We'll see. There was a second SS egg, but I didnt feel any specific movement when I candled.


So, that brings your count to 7 whitish chicks, and 3 dark ones.

I think.

They won't hold still long enough to count.
