I just went to check MY brooder to look for their oil glands but my babies were all asleep. I didn't have the heart to wake them. I'll check later and let you know. I know my older hens have them.

I didn't see any just like his, so I'm hoping it's not irritated or something. Let me know if any are as large (say, 3/16" diameter) and reddish...

Hmmmm....looks like we are winding down. I just want to say thank you. Thank you to all the people who work so hard running contests and making spreadsheets. And thank each and every one of you for the cameraderie. You are the best! I will keep checking in here for a while to see if you post pix of your hatchlings. Again...I have so enjoyed your company!
