Congrats to the winners!!! I am also curious what the total hatch rates were. You know....so I can guess better next time. LOL

And thanks to Mahroni and the rest of you. This is always fun and educational. So much love and support here...not just chicken support but moral support in general. I'm sad to see this thread dying down. But, I put my chicks up for sale on the local facebook for sale page and have a buyer but there were so many people interested in chickens and didn't know where to start. I told them they only needed to go to one place. backyardchickens.com. I feel kinda bad because I feel like a drug dealer giving a person a drug for the first time!

But I hope to spread the chicken love, not only because chickens are so awesome but its so much healthier to eat your own eggs.

Wow! So many babies! Congrats to all the contest winners and THANKS to everyone who made this the best hatch-along ever! Last year was my first hatchalong and I have hatched almost 400 chicks since then. Kind of scary when you think about it, good thing DH doesn't read my hatch notes.
