Praying the marans keep up their production and the Ameraucanas pick up the pace a little faster!! THe muscoveys laid their first egg--in their swimming pool !!! Euuuu--yuk!

AND NOW I have to declare I will be running 2 contests!! The Flapper Contest AND the Celeb Lood-Alike Contest!!

It will run from the set date to Easter, and will have a TBA prize.

I've got 2 sets of swap eggs, and one just told me they sent 12 instead of 6. In addition to the swap, Mr Heinz was supposed to send me 12, so I'm only at 30 eggs. My brinsea holds "24" which usually means I can squeeze in at least 28 being creative and once I got 32 in there. I should be good unless Jim packed extras. Then I'm going to have quite the conundrum.

I have a 10 week old silkie, isn't she supposed to be broody already?!! Mine's defective.

This is my last hatch of the year... until Mahonri's NYD 2013.

PS Would you believe I only have one incubator?
