Mahonri's 3rd Annual, BYC Easter Hatch-a-long!

Our Brinsea Eco 20 came this last week and we have 18 eggs collected but I want
to add 4 of a friends eggs in too so I gotta figure out which ones make the cut.
This is pretty cool to have so many people hatching when we are trying it out for the 1st time,
I hope I can watch this thread, learn and maybe even ask a question or two.

So count us in.

Our eggs are:
RIR roosters possibly crossed with:
RIR hens
Delaware hens
Partridge Rock hens
Wellsummer hens
and Red Sexlink hens
Friends are full Buff Orphingtons
I have put over 32 in an Eco 20 before.

STACK.

YOU'RE IN!!

I got my CJ's silkie eggs(a dozen) in this morning! I also have 7 of my own eggs(mostly silkies) and 6 Ameraucana eggs from a friend. I can't wait to put them in the incubator tomorrow!

Wow, all caught up. I've been reading the posts, but by the time I'm finished Ive run out of time to reply! Hugs to those that have hurts and thanks to those who have provided many laughs and great pictures. I'm gobsmacked at the thought of all the eggs flying back and forth across the country and it really is amazing that any hatch at all, yet they do!

I may have been a wee bit enthusiastic ordering eggs and now have 78 waiting to go in the incubator tomorrow.

I tried to explain to my knitting group that it really isn't excessive, cause half (39) won't hatch and half of those (20) will be roos that I won't keep, so it's really like settting 19 eggs.

You all understand, right?

Do you think the P.O. is scratching their heads at all of the pre-Easter business?
