I'm so upset right now! I came back to the house (from a house over from me) and my eggs were cold! It's too early to tell if I lost the whole hatch. I was sabotaged by the Xbox. My brother took it out of my room and plugged it in in his room and bumped the plug. The temp went back up pretty fast, but I won't know anything until next week. I swear I'll cry if I lost them. I NEED to know what those 2 light colored eggs hatch as.

Lord oh mercy go to work and come home and all these post. Can someone add me to the map come straight across from new Orleans right into ms off of i59. Picayune ms. Ok looking for fertile eggs to buy I am a school teacher so want something good and hate to say not pay a lot for only get paid once a month. Do not think my chickens are fertile yet. Now what is this swap thing

I have to have surgery on my wrist in the morning. They set it completely wrong. Put details in the California thread.

Just wanted to say I can donate a dozen eggs, sent after the hatch. It will be my choice, but will probably be a mix of breeds. All pure from one or more of the following.

It's probably okay; they will just hatch a bit late. Unplugged 'bators can be very stressful!

Maybe you guys could find a common location for the Xbox so that you don't have to move it so often.

For those wondering what we are talking about, Check out the Map:

The part the map doesn't show is the stretch between Placerville & Auburn includes a drop into the South Fork of the American River at the bottom of a deep canyon. From my direction it's switch backs all the way down and clinging to the side of a cliff on the way back up into the back door of Auburn. Of course, you get to pass the exact spot where gold was first discovered in CA which led to the Gold Rush. I've been gold panning there several times with only a few gold flakes to show for it.

It's ok

as long as the eggs were cool for less than six hours, they should still hatch. Remember, an egg is denser than air, so it would take longer for the eggs internal temp to change. Unlike air temp, that can change in seconds..........eggs take allot longer, I'l keep my fingers crossed for you

Someone mentioned having a secretary... I have outlook. Outlook tells me what to do and when at work as far as meetings and appointments go. I have a 4 page numbered to do list in order of importance on my desktop, too. At home, it's Post-Its.

I feel like I have early onset dementia, I have the memory of a gnat lately. Too much going on to keep any of it straight unless I write it down.

Just what I need to manage! I have the memory of a gnat , too. Went to the grain store, bought turkey pellets and for got the sheep grain until I looked in the nearly empty bucket at dinner time. UGH. Will go back tomorrow.
