Finally caught up! Took me a few days, but I did it!

I have call ducks and EE's coming this weekend which will be too early to set for the easter hatch, but if my silkies cooperate I will set whatever they lay and my quail lay for the hatch. I already have 14 duck eggs in the incubator, but they are due March 17th so hopefully they will be out of the way. Maybe I should start shopping for parts to build an incubator just in case mine gets full and my silkies are actually laying and not broody at the time.
I hope it's warm outside by the time all these guys hatch.

It may not be that much to you all, but I have more birds in my incubator and brooder than I do in my yard, not counting the eggs coming, lol.

I just heard a peep in the hatcher......How come it's still so exciting EVERY time Chicks chicks chicks. I have 20 eggies that looked SUPER duper going into lockdown, there it is again the peeping. I can't figure out what egg it is. It's either a Amer. or and Amer x which could have a RIR, BSL or who knows for a mom.


Oh happy day!!! WELL TOMORROW will be a happy chick day!!

Have been a bit busy last few days, but I pased my penultimate exam yesterday so am on the way to being a Microsoft Office Expert, yay! Old dogs and new tricks!!
